Charles Fox Parham, a Bible College drop-out and one who had disdain for "organized religion" was the first person to dogmaticaly assert that speaking in tongues is "the initial physical evidence" that and individual has been baptized in the Holy Spirit.
First question - What is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit? Does it realy exist?
Second question - Is speaking in toungues THE evidence that one has been baptized in the Holy Spirit (if there is such an experience) or is it AN (one of many possible) evidences?
